Please try to leave the house in the same condition you found it.

Short version for those who are in a hurry (our Airbnb guests are welcome to follow this link):

Take garbage bags to the side of the house and place into a garbage container with green top. Don't worry about the recycling. 

Don't leave any perishable things in a fridge, any crumbles on a counter.

Check that all the doors from the house are locked, this includes the door in the living room, the door in the kitchen and the door in the queen size bedroom. 

Make sure all windows are closed.

Please put thermostat on 79 before leaving. 

Longer version for those who have time to assist owners a bit more in the cleaning process (our Home Exchange guests, we appreciate if you follow those instructions):

Take garbage bags to the side of the house and place into a garbage container with green top. Don't worry about the recycling. 

Extra trash bags are in the upper drawer of the same cabinet. Please put a new one into a garbage container.

Pls pour out water from the kettle and dispose of used coffee filter in a coffee maker.

Pls don't leave any perishable things in a fridge, any crumbles on a counter.

Please strip the beds you used of the linens and place used linens  in a white laundry container in a laundry room

Please put on new sets of linens on the beds, for the queen size bed linens are in the same room in the left drawer of a big chest. For a twin size bed linens are on the table in the same room. Extra linens if needed are in a pull out drawer to the left of the bathroom.

Please place all used towels into the same container in the laundry room. 

Please check that all the doors from the house are locked, this includes the door in the living room, the door in the kitchen and the door in the queen size bedroom. 

Please make sure all windows are closed. 

Please put thermostat on 79 before leaving. 

If you water outdoor plants once again before leaving they will be very grateful :)

Please store bicycles and chairs in a white shed on the backyard and leave the door closed.

If you did laundry, leave washer's door adjar to preven build up of a dump smell.
