Welcome to our home. We are glad to share it with you and appreciate your help in keeping it clean, comfortable, and in great condition for everyone.

The home is stocked with the essentials for a relaxing stay. If anything is missing or unclear, please contact your hosts @ 917-846-1124.

Check in after 3pm, Check out by 11 am. If you want to arrive early, need extra time to check out or want to store your luggage, pls contact your hosts at least 2 days beforehead.

Kitchen

The trash cabinet contains both trash and recycling.

The recycling bin is located behind the main trash can, farther back in the cabinet.

Extra trash bags are in the upper drawer of the same cabinet.

The fire extinguisher is in the kitchen cabinet on the left, just before the patio doors.

Feel free to use coffee and tea supplies on the shelf above the coffee maker. 

It is not recommended to drink local tap tap water, so feel free to  use bottled water (if there is a supply in the fridge and/or in a kitchen drawer to the right of the fridge).

Outdoor Area

Patio and yard lights can be turned on from the laundry room (sorry for the inconvenience, i know!).

The outdoor string lights can be turned on outside at the outdoor outlet to the right.

Please feel free to use the outdoor shower after the beach to help keep sand outside.

Enjoy the yard and fire pit responsibly. Extra chairs are stored in a white shed. You would need to buy your own firewood.

Plug the grill into the outdoor outlet to the right.

Feel free to water the flowers with the green hose, they will be super grateful!

Doors and Locks

Please be gentle with the screen doors and porch door locks. They work well, but may require a light touch.

Beach and Activity Items

Complimentary items are available for your use:

3 Bicycles+helmets (1 bicycle has a flat tire right now and is awaiting repair, sorry!) Bicycle pump and lock are in a white drawer by the entrance.

2 Yoga mats - in a kitchen drawer to the left right before entering backyard theough sliding doors

4 Beach chairs in a white shed

Small cooler in a white shed

Please return all items to where you found them and treat them with care.

Living Room and Sofa Bed

If you open the sofa into a king-size bed, please use:

- the king mattress topper

- followed by the fitted sheet

Both are located in the drawer to the left of the bathroom.

Linens and Towels

Towels are located in the drawer to the left of the bathroom.

Linen drawers are labeled by size on the left side should you need any additional linen items.

Pet Guidelines

If you are traveling with a pet:

Please do not allow pets on the sofas, beds, or armchairs.

Please clean up after your pet and help keep the home fresh for future guests.

Air conditioning

Please help us conserve energy and put the thermostat to 79F when you are leaving the house. It doesnt take long to cool it down after you are back and is helping us make it more affordable for our guests!

Laundry

Feel free to use Washer and Dryer. Please leave washer adjar to preven build up of a dump smell. Feel free to use laundry detergent, can be found on a shelf next to the machine.
